Demo Walls/Celings
We will demo wall coverings and ceiling coverings in all cabins. Various cabins need various amounts of demolition.

New Electrical Service
Our friends at Burkhead Electric will rewire the buildings to meet State and local code requirements.

New HVAC in all Cabins
We will be replacing all Heating and cooling in each cabin with a new heat pump/mini split system. This will be customized to each cabin based on square footage and HVAC specifications

Cabin Remodel
We will have new Wall and ceiling covering throughout all the cabins.
